I did speak with ASUS regarding that particular error, Alas they are all on there Chinese New Year break at the moment so hopefully next week should have some feedback etc.
From another forum it seems that “Group Key Rotation Interval” (only on backhaul wifi) causes the problem of nodes disconnections. Setting it to “zero” fixes the problem (unfortunately the setting’s modification does NOT propagate to nodes, so it is necessary to use telnet to change them too).
Personally, when I tested the newer firmware after 42095 I noticed thet the ping disconnection between nodes happened at precise time interval… thus the above thesis could be correct… I think it would be a good move to suggest Asus to check this particular aspect.
