Yeah I was thinking that’s going to have to be the case. Is it possible to reset DLM without openreach yet? I remember a while ago hearing they were looking into letting providers do it from their end without having to get somebody out to the cab.
Somebody hit a power cable near by last year and it lead to rolling blackouts which led DLM to go wild on my line and lock me down to a low band when it was seeing the constant line drops until i requested a reset and it instantly went back to 220+
I’m mentioning this because a few weeks ago the substation around the corner blew up and caused the same problem, electric on for 10 minutes. Off for an hour. On. Off. On. off. Wondering if this has screwed something, the cabs usually have battery back ups though I believe. And my hardware is surge protected plus the home hub wasn’t plugged in at the time which should eliminate hardware issue as it’s still having the issue when switching back to the HH.
