Yeah I’ve had a couple done before. We even went to the cabinet together which is what’s confusing me as because it was the cabinet 100m away from the house that time.

Thanks for all your help and patience by the way. It’s difficult to find any one in the know, it’s beyond the scope of bt customer service and openreach have got back to me with a generic “we won’t deal with you call your isp” as I was expecting.

I can’t even get the answer from them if I should be using SRA, Bitswap, G.INP or G.Vectoring and the bt forums dont help much either.
