To remove the downstream o2 Sensor was a real problem due to the heat shield getting in the way , only way to gain access was under the fiesta using a 22mm open ended spanner.

 

Access to the Upstream O2 sensor was much easier from the top and we used a 22mm O2 Sensor removal socket on a 500mm socket extension bar

Whole job took around 4 hours (in between the rain showers) and the ODB-11 scanner is showing no errors for o2 Sensor and related HRT fault

Ref: O2 Sensor torque settings we used 35-45Nm (25-33 ft lb) taken from FAE leaflet inside box
