Welcome. Your DSL Settings are not bad bad considering you are on a longish line, Yes, does seems like you are connected to a Broadcom (Huawei) cab as you have G.inp Downstream working.
The only real change you could make is if you game etc. some prefer to have Fastpath rather than G.inp as this adds interleaving (delay) etc.
Changing to Fastpath (downstream) will reduce your synch rate (speed) so there is always a compromise.
BTW- Do you know what service 80/20 you are paying for and how long has service been activated/ last time since router was rebooted ?
