10 minutes after dirty update over official FW 49873 the backhaul automatically connected to channel: 100/160.
So 10 minutes seems to be the nominal time period before AiMesh (wireless) backhaul changes to its optimal configuration. (I am sure both ASUSWRT-Merlin and ASUSWRT will use the same parameters)
