DSL-AX82U should be retired if you can afford to get it replaced with something newer and currently supported.

Take a look at Fritz!Box 7530 AX as an example of what you are looking for I believe, as it has an Analogue (fon) port also but is DSL

For FTTP maybe look at AVM FRITZ!Box 7590 AX or similar
