I did also read that to set-up your router for say Vodafone, they use VLAN ID. 911 which is what CityFibre default VLAN ID is, then either by wireshark or call Vodafone directly for PPPoE login credentials etc.

Edit: VLAN ID. 911, could be a red herring as this maybe handled by ONT ?
