Oh you got one of those support workers… yeah it’s like a lottery sometimes. When I get one of those I quickly just end the conversation and try again.
Indeed and very well put ‘support worker’ , I may just try my luck again on Live Chat in a couple of days, just incase I manage to find a more reasonable support worker this time
