Does going to System Log > Routing Table help as this does show Iface which you can then map to the same ports you defined on another post ?
i.e.
1 = WAN
2 = 2.5G
3 = Port 2
4 = Port 3
5 = Port 4
6 = 2.4ghz WIFI
7 = 5ghz WIFI
