Still not found much regarding these so think i might go with 1pswd as although it was originally mac only, it seems to be available on multiple platforms and if I do the family plan, it creates a shared vault so that everyone can view pswds that are in the shared vault so that’s handy, saves sharing a particular password as needed.  Can also create separate vaults for different things so i.e. not 1 bit long list of all accounts etc, I can create separate ones to hopefully make it easier to manage.  Plus family members get there own vaults that I cannot see and they cannot see mine, only see what’s in shared so seems pretty good.

I’m leaning toward 1pswd for the above reasons, dashlane maybe nicer interface but concern regarding browser based and it seems you need to share a pswd as needed and its only a 1 time thing, not a perm thing.  TBH we don’t have many pswds to share but are a few that would be useful to share.
