Yes, shame the packages are bit less than BT. On existing plan, i was told price was all £50+ cheapest packages – crazy hen the website shows £29.99 for the full fibre 100 – how they justify that I have no idea so I’ve switched and no doubt BT will be being informed sometime this week. I’m half expecting them to call or email with some “offer to stay” etc but will see.

I would assume BT will be contacting you to say “sorry you are thinking of leaving us” and hears our “offer to stay” deal.
