Thanks, going to give them a call when I can and see what they say.  I’ve got a few weeks so no major panic, was just bit shocked when it came through.. and wondered if this is going up as well as car insurance.. seems crazy when I not had to call them for over 20 years, was expecting a decent price due to them effectively doing nothing.
