So this morning, turned TV on and the 3 yellow short lines have gone… very odd…

I’ve ordered 2 new 75ohm cables from amazon, should come tomorrow so will try them and see if any change. Manual does say to use 75 0hm cables and tbh I have no idea if the aerial cable from wall to TV is 75ohms or not has had it years so no clue.

One difference I can think of is – the main TV cable going from wall socket to aerial is connected directly to the aerial.  The wall connectors for other TVs are going via amplifier, so if cable doesn’t work, might try connecting to amplifier and see if that makes any difference.

otherwise only conclusion is it happens once the TV gets hot? but only when viewing the tv via aerial, if I go into a app on the TV it disappears…. very odd.. if it happened when hot, I’d expect to see it on the apps too or any channel for that matter…
