To reboot or not to reboot, that is the question (I feel a Shakespeare moment coming on)?

 

Is it good practice to reboot your router and nodes on a regular basis or only if you start to notice traffic slowing down?

If it is good practice to reboot on a regular basis, then how often and via which method, scheduled or manual?
