Just to keep things updated speeds have come back up snr has dropped to 5 although something still doesn’t seem right.
My son got completly kicked off the internet while gaming, his ping was going up on a game he usually has no issues with then he was kicked off completly no internet at all on the game or discord.
My other son a had a freeze for a few seconds and a stream we were watching paused too for a minute or so.
None of this ever happens with the same usage in the house.
