Interesting, for miniupnpd 2.2* this isn’t a fault with UPnP itself, but rather with how miniupnpd’s listener logic prioritizes IPv6 over IPv4. Disabling IPv6 (option ipv6_disable '1') or removing ipv6_listening_ip restores IPv4 functionality, which confirms the issue is IPv6-specific.
Are you using IPv6 and/or (dual stack) and what version miniupnpd’s is your ASUS ROG Rapture GT-BE98 using ?
