Yes price was one of the factors in which I chose the RT-BE92U for only £169 and has ASUSWRT-Merlin support 
I have no need for VLANS etc, and subnetting for IoT/Guest is good enough for myself, mine has ‘Enable LEDs’ option so I am sure the RT-BE86U will also.
FYI: ASUS RT-BE86U at Currys is £209.00
