The RT-BE92U does have ‘Network’ as does the RT-BE86U, ‘sip pass-through’ is standard on all ASUS routers as I remember my older RT-AC86U also had this option.
I cannot see and VLAN options on my RT-BE92U, but I believe you are correct that the RT-BE86U supports VLAN ID’s on the LAN which maybe better suited for your requirments.

Can you check on RT-BE92U from the web GUI, go to Advanced Settings > LAN > IPTV tab. > Select ISP Profile > Manual Settings VID is VLAN option
