Routing issues the BT agent said ,3 of us in our street were due to be connected one last wednesday they canceled him & couldn’t give him a date,One on the 24th & me this morning.What’s more if they knew this last week they could have contacted me earlier than Saturday lunchtime & stopped the line transfer.To be honest I don’t believe a word they say.

I see, BT is very large and call centres etc, in India, so do lack the personnel touch (PlusNet on the other hand offer great customer service) but technical infrastructure is lacking.

BT do offer the Mini Hub with unlimited 4G if you have connection issues, so you should be able to squeeze this from them as a stop gap.
