Afternoon all,
I got another question related WiFi on dsl-ac68u. I did play with router a little bit and and tried DFS channels, however I think the current ones are not correct for UK, where modem was bought in UK so should be for UK market. When i type in below command I got strange output?:
/ # wl country
DE (DE/982) GERMANY
I found some info online where actually UK allow to have higher power output for WiFi signals (for better signal coverage) also DFS channels are different, my mobile report channels(DFS) 149, 153, 157, 161. Router DFS channels are: 52,56,60,100,104,108,112,116,132,136,140. Clearly will be difficult to match devices DFS channel to asus channels…

Do you know if ASUS can implement option in wifi setting (they did on some other routers) to allow change region setting for correct ones? Maybe worth to add to wish list ![]()
