Because it is all the same, Germany or Italy or UK, it is all region Europe with same restrictions.
And even all Europe allows ch. 120-128 they usually dont support them because there could be radar and easier for them to disable it completely.
On my old RT-AC68U it was possible to set region #a (worldwide testregion with no restrictions) and you could set really all channels, 1-14/32-64/100-144 (only 149+ wasnt supported by hardware) and with full 700mW power on all channels (over 300mW slower due to more distortions).
Newer RT-AC86U bought in china had option to change region, Europe had most channels only missing 120-128 and 149+, much more than US or Australia.
If you bought it somewhere else you couldnt change region and it was fixed to your purchase region.
