I deleted remote config user TR-069 so I cant see it anymore on my router.

Yes it is possible to load open firmware on these routers, but much to complicated and not neccessary for me. Might not be that complicated but for me it seems to be and there are few informations how to do, most are to be found between the lines of 150 pages threads for experienced linux users. Somehow while booting you have to break in and start some commands, then you can load your open firmware in parallel and start it instead of original restricteds one from provider. Newer boxes have 2 firmwares which could toggle on failure AFAIK. Might be a much to simple explanation, but as first step what and where to look for.
