The quiet line test was not as bad at the master socket with the corded phone, but can just about hear some hissing.  Tried to call BT and they are extremely busy and saying only call if it is an emergency. Not sure whether to bother them with my fault or not as although the speed has dropped and i’m getting extremely high FECS i’m not getting disconnects and it is still functioning.
