Stacks of FEC’s and ES’s on you line stats. looks like the adjustment of SNR to 7dB did not work ?
Go for a Gigaset (Siemens) model and I am sure it will last many years 
Edit: I forgot to say, I believe the Cabinet uses ES value for DLM, hence your issues with synch rate maybe, FEC’s are not so important and High CRC’s should be avoided if at all possible.
