I hope when / if prices of crude starts to drop, they also pass on the reductions as quickly as they are increasing the prices (never happens)

I’ve always found Costco prices to be quite a bit below the other fuel retailers.  The only downside to that, is the ones with the fuel stations are always absolutely rammed.  I am roughly equally between two costcos and end up deliberately going to the one without the fuel station just because there’s far far fewer people there.  Which is a shame as their fuel is excellent value and quality, i’d prefer to fuel up there

Costco do seem to sell their fuel at Cost, much like the cooked chickens.

And they have lovely wide parking spaces,

Don’t forget the 1.50 hotdog and drink which has stayed the same price since day 1.  I’m sure they’re making a loss on it, but I always have to get one on the way out to make up for the overspending on stuff I didn’t go in for !

Costco is membership only, so they have a list of Qualifying Employment Groups or you can register if you own a business etc.

There’s also a raft of other ways you can qualify that they don’t advertise, such as many employers have an agreement and I think being an AA, RAC, national trust, AMEX member and a few others.  Best to speak to the local warehouse about options.
