Seems latest XR500 beta release has more bugs – I do get the feeling that Netduma are chasing the impossible and if Netgear like other Router manufactures run many continuous development projects split among many countries, organisations etc. then there will never be a bug free firmware as drivers etc can change between beta firmware iterations due to security concerns etc, which intern can also have new coding bugs ?

Seems Netduma have a new firmware they are testing for the XR500 as of the 22nd June.
I hope this version finally passes testing and no more bugs are found

Another Update from Netduma regarding XR500 firmware progress and sounds promising, alas two weeks for Netgear to produce build and another two weeks at least for testing.
We believe to have resolved the issue holding us up and have pushed these to NETGEAR for a new build.

Looks like Netgear have released yet another firmware for Netduma to test 9th December 2022 for XR500

We are currently testing a new firmware for the XR500. We plan to release this firmware to Beta testers as long as it holds up through a couple of days endurance testing.
