Interesting. In UK, we use Dynamic IPv6 (Generally) so IP addresses change over time etc. So you have set up your DSL-N16 using the following page (attachment) for IPv6 ?

I always write wrong. XD Defining dynamic IP address. like everywhere.

TurkNet provides static IPv6 addresses to its customers.

That makes sense because I just checked with ASUS as they also say for Turknet , IPv6 is Dynamic

So, will Asus produce a solution for these IPv6 incompatibilities?

Unsure if there is a problem as yet but if there is I am sure ASUS will try there best .

Need to check a few more settings before I ask ASUS to get involved. When you get home tonight can you check …

    Q. Does Internet Status: say CONNECTEDΒ  for Dual Stack ?

If it does say Connected and you have access to Internet, then go to https://www.whatismyip.com/ and see if you have both IPv4 and v6 address

If no access to internet, check logs .

It’s very strange, IPv6 addresses were visible on the modem before and not anymore.

I’m already rebooting after every setting change. :) I was able to access the internet even when IPv6 addresses were defined, but only with IPv4. Windows network info always says IPv6 no network connection.

You might find that you need to go to Properties of the wifi/ethernet adaptor (windows) you are using to connect to the router and see if IPv6 is enabled ?

Yes, it is enabled by default. :) All the settings you can think of on the computer and modem are as they should be.

So on PC, if you type ‘IPCONFIG’ does this show IPv4 and IPv6 addresses for Network adapter ?

I will dig out my DSL-N17U tomorrow and test a few options, but it does look like a fault with the firmware for DSL-N16 or a factory reset is required

Yes, IPv4 and IPv6 addresses appear when I type ipconfig on the PC. I reset the modem a few times but the problem was not solved. I think only TurkNet or Asus can solve the problem.
