Hello, can I have a chance to make a request regarding Netgear D7000 V1? Any chance you can forward it to Netgear software department? UK_Sentinel I couldn’t send you a direct message. I will be glad if you return. Thanks.

Netgear D7000 V1 is sercomm produced dsl modem. And have Pppd 2.4.1 package in firmware. And have many restrictions such as multi offer pado request blocking. I can’t connect to the internet with D7000. Asus connected successfully. Look at this, one picture from Pppoe log and Codes from source code. Problematic Netgear specs 1.9 blocks ZTE.

Can you tell to Netgear that I want this package to be updated to version 2.4.9 and remove these restrictions? There are dozens of people on the forums having this problem. Thanks :)

I hope Netgear does it right. And Quality hardware is reborn from the ashes.

I see, I have just checked the Netgear Website and appears the D7000 v1 has reached its End of Life (EoL) so Netgear will not be making any new firmware for this model
