I acquired a Nighthawk AC 1900 (UK) router. I usually install DD-WRT on my routers but had trouble setting up repeater or bridged mode. I take the signal off the main router, the Nighthawk would be a client, WiFi is not important. My question, is DD-WRT sw better than the stock Netgear sw?

DD-WRT is a great third party firmware and the community is still active.
DD-WRT offeres extra features that stock firmware may not so it is a case of looking at both options and seeing which firmware is most suitable for yourself.
