Nintendo are now accepting pre order for there new Nintendo Switch OLED which is due to be released in the UK around the 08/10/2021

This new release has a larger 7″ OLED screen (previous 6.2-inch LCD Screen)  and a slimmer bezel.

    In short:

Switch OLED features a larger 7-inch screen and other smaller additions such as a wide adjustable stand, a new dock and enhanced audio. Nintendo has confirmed that its new Switch OLED model features “no major internal changes” compared to previous Switch models.

Currys and other retailers are accepting pre-order for the Nintendo Switch OLED at £309, hopefully prices will drop in time for the Christmas season .

Note, I did notice that both the original Switch and the new Switch OLED have the same battery life and screen resolution – (HD 720p)

So we just ordered our daughters Nintendo Switch (OLED) Red/Blue from AO.com,

Delivery date is the 11th October and luckily we had 10% off coupon from one of those McDonalds Monopoly money vouchers that attached to the side of there drinks cartons etc.

So instead of paying £309, we paid using the voucher code £278 (ish)
