I own this G.fast Modem. Great router. Can access to DSLStats for G.fast stats:

The wifi was excellent getting throughput speed of 228 down and 42 up.

Welcome, yes the Zyxel XMG3927-B50A with its Broadcom chipset does seems to work well and wifi from what I have read in the past is also good for an all-in-one unit.
IPv6 on BT used to be an issue but alas not sure if this was ever resolved.
