    Fixed thank you very much. It was the VLAN, there was no mention of setting that in the onestream instructions.

    Sorry just read that properly, (tried to reply whilst out with the dog). The nowtv router was the model NR801. Hasn’t got a manufacturer that I can tell

    I use the modem router as a as a router just turn off the wifi as the coverage isn’t good enough and use a set of 3 Tenda Nova MW3 in bridge mode so they provide the WiFi and the router provides the internet access to them via ethernet. This has worked fine for a few years now but as it was time to switch providers I decided to give onestream a go just refused to pay £3 a month for a router that costs £25 new (Looks like a TP Link TD-W9970) . I have now ordered one from amazon to check if I can get it to work but that wont arrive till tomorrow and if I can get the Asus to work I can send it back.

    Connected via ethernet cable to a set of three tenda nova MW3. The nowtv box is just the standard router that gets sent out when you join.
