With Your RT-AC86U, under Advanced Settings > Administration > System, – Time Zone is there a message saying (* Reminder: The System time zone is different from your locale setting.) ?
If this is so, then you need to go to Advanced Settings > Administration >System and change DST Time Zones as in Attachment and make sure Time Zone is – Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London.
Hopefully this will fix issue with time discrepancies.
