Also, without going to deep into your whole set-up, have you set-up or disabled SIP ALG (SIP Pass-through) Just a thought ?

. My set up for working from home is a workplace supplied Microsoft Surface Pro connected via USB-C to my home monitor’s HDMI.
The Surface Pro has Windows 10 and Office 365, it uses Microsoft Teams to make calls and also online meetings.
