@black-bird – that is interesting – is this just modem related or do ASUS RT routers also have the ‘PADO and PADS packet timeout PPPoE connection is timed out’ problem in Turkey ? Note: This used to an issue also with ASUS RT Routers with the PADO packet timeout problem, but thought that was fixed years ago.
I didn’t have an ASUS RT model, so I don’t know about that.
All ASUS DSL models have this problem. That’s why I see people who have to use other DSL devices.
