Tweaking Wifi is worth a try, especially as those Sonos units are not cheap to replace

Change Sonos back to 2.4GHz and make sure wifi SSID is simple (no special characters or spaces / underlines etc.)

Wifi Setting:

• Enable Smart Connect – Off
• 802.11ax / Wi-Fi 6 mode – Disable
• Target Wake Time – Off
• Channel bandwidth – 20 MHZ
• Control Channel – 3
• Extension Channel – lower
• Roaming Assistant – Disabled
• Enable IGMP Snooping – Disable
• Modulation Scheme – Upto MCS 9
• Explicit Beamforming – Off
• Universal Beamforming – On
• Airtime Fairness – Off
