You do have some interesting problems

If the iLO card is live (double check), What is IP address of iLO card ? I ask as iLO cards use (DNS)/Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)  through a separate dedicated management network and maybe a port issues etc.

Is IP address same as Router /subnet etc.

What is Microserver LAN port IP address ?

Any port forwarding configured on router ?

and Finally, change from Port 1 to another, just for testing purposes ?
