Delivery sounds good price and will be interesting to find out what they might replace ?
Dual WAN will allow you to use LAN1-4 etc. as WAN port, but alas given your pop noise, unsure if this would effect LAN port acting as WAN etc ?
But yes in theory, this is possible (never tried it myself)
