I have not had any feedback from ASUS as yet, hopefully I will hear from them early next week.

They responded me in email and said to go Advanced Settings > Administration > System > Basic Config and then turn off DNS Query under Network Monitoring.
For now everything seems very good.Will let you know if anything bad happens but i think this was the problem because PPPoE IP refresh does under 10 sec and there is no that crazy WAN Lost/Restored in log at all.

I have other local user near me same with DSL-AX82U and he has DNS Query under Network Monitoring turned off and 0 problems.
If you upgrade FW and do Factory Reset by default DNS Query is enabled with some crazy Microsoft address.
