no actual model exactly but maybe 1930 or 2530 switches?

I did have a quick look at the Aruba Instant On 1960 Switch Series Management and Configuration Guide and noticed the following.
LED Mode:
This button determines the Port LED indication. Press this button to change to a different mode. The supported modes are:
Link/activity – this is the default mode of device operation. There is no indication for this mode (speed, stacking and PoE Mode LEDs are off). The LED Mode will switch back to the link/activity state 10 min- utes after selecting a non-default mode (speed, stacking or PoE)
• Speed
• Stacking
• PoE (for units that support PoE)
The speed, stacking and PoE LED modes have specific global LED indicating the selected mode
