When you log onto your ASUS ET12, Go to Advanced Settings > Administration > Feedback and add your comments there, using this method will ensure ASUS have access to a copy of your system Logs ( if checkbox is selected) so they at least might see something of relevance even though you have downgraded firmware to a previous release
