Thanks, good call the USB extension lead.

So I just checked the RT-AX86S web interface and under the dual WAN, it only has 2 options:-

WAN
USB

No ethernet LAN.

I’m running firmware 3.0.0.4.386_46061, was the Ethernet lan option added in newer firmware or is it just not a option on the RT-AX86S?

I’ve also checked the RT-AX86U, running same firmware and it only has the below options:

WAN
USB
2.5g WAN

No Ethernet Lan also.

I’ve also seen some different manufacturers have a built in sim card slot you can insert a sim card into and I presume then it fails over from primary to sim card if required, does Asus do anything similar? Just weighing up my options.
