As my budget was pretty tight, I ended up buying the Haier I-Pro Series 5 (10kg capacity). It came with a total of 10 years warranty (after registration).
So far, cannot fault it and customer service was suprisingly good.
The installer messed up the installation and did not connect the water correctly, nearly flooded my kitchen. Called my relative who fixed that quite easily.
First impressions – It is very quiet compared to my old one. All I hear is a whooshing noise as it spins (not very technical analysis, I know 
)
Now just waiting for my £50 cashback.
