Sounds slightly better than the Samsung equivalent in that they (Haier) are happy to supply parts beyond 5 years and you incur labour charges etc.
How intuitive is the Haier app ?

I was also pleasantly surprised with the warranty too. Took a chance mainly because of this. I think Haier own Candy and Hoover too?
The app is quite easy to use and intuitive. I still use the onboard screen/knob. Too old school to move away from that.
The app was quite easy to set up and has a lot of useful settings. Not sure I will use it much, but handy that I can use it should I want to.
