Hi all,

So to update this, same thing still happening but not seen it cause too many issues so i’ve let it be, however today it seems wifi went down on mutiple devices, including desktop PC (wired connection) could access email but no web browsing…

Having checked the logs, on router and this line seems to come up frequently i.e. every other line:-

wlceventd: _add_wlc_event_tbl(XXX): client table was full

I also got a msg saying DDNS lost connection and it came back around 1hr later, this was for router so I’m wondering if a potential ISP drop & WIFI issue was happening? I’m also still getting the disassociate and associate messages as mentioned previously int he thread.  Are the devices just simply switching from 2.4 to 5ghz and then back to 2.4 repeatedly? not sure why….

So router has been up for 192 days so I’ve just rebooted and all seems ok again, it was also ok when I got home but I was unhappy about the above line saying client table full as I checked DHCP, router tables and no where near full so unsure how I view the table it referred to and how to clear it so did a reboot.

I am aware new firmware out (I’m on the one prior to the latest) but I also heard some smart plugs having issues connecting to 2.4 WIFI after some people updated so I’m holding off until I can see if is a general issue or just unique to those peoples setup.

This is on the RTAX86U (parents place) so not ideal when I’m a big stuck at work and the VOIP phone stopped working too, however when I got home after the DDNS had re-connected everything was working ok

I did a look online but only 1 link and no answer to the question as to what the line above means or how to access/prevent it happening.

Any advise?

Thanks

Kev
