A common issue, or at least used to be, usually relating to either a faulty ethernet cable or the nic on the other end of the network cable that is connected to Ethernet 2 on your router going into standby mode / power save, Xbox power save or similar.
When I get home i’ll try a find the SSH commands to tell you which LAN port is eth2 for your device?
but as a guide:
eth0 is the WAN interface
Edit:
SSH to your ASUS router and run ifconfig -a should be a good starting point.
