GNUton is an individual (coder) whom has tried and done a good job in joining code from both the DSL-AC68U (from ASUS) and code from another coder called RMerlin whom converts ASUS RT firmware and adds extra features (improvements) etc.
The beta I released with AiMesh node option for the DSL-AC68U on my forum is directly from ASUS Team (no mods) or third party changes .
