I haven’t heard from ASUS regarding any Wifi 7 DSL modem routers unfortunately, but I will ask.

yes, DSL-AX82U EOL is scheduled for 31st December 2025

 

Note: as far as I am aware, both the likes and Broadcom and Intel have not yet publically released and Single chipset solution that supports both ADSL2+ and VDSL2 and Wifi 7.

The DSL-AX82U used the Broadcom BCM63178 which is a single-chip solution that combines ADSL2+ and VDSL2 and Wifi 6
