I think your current setup (idea) will not work, the Google puk if plugged into DSL-AC88U (bridge) will need to support vlan ID configuration to 101.

With your previous draytek 130 modem this managed the vlan option, but the DSL-AC88U will not if it is set to bridge mode?

only option really is to use DSL-AC88U as modem and a router and see if google puk can b plugged into ethernet port to accept connection and then disable DSL-AC88U wifi

Alas I do not know much about Google puks ;-)

Note: I realise on one of your screen captures, you have set Bridge for VLAN 102, (should be 101) but this is a know bug with the DSL-AC88U that VLAN ID in Bridge do not work.
